We prioritize processing and fulfilling orders as soon as they are placed. In most cases, orders are sent to our delivery partner within 1-2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
We aim to deliver orders within 4-6 business days to most serviceable areas. However, delivery times may be longer due to unforeseen circumstances such as inclement weather, strikes, remote locations, or stocking issues. You will receive a unique tracking link via email or SMS after your order is sent to our delivery partner, allowing you to track the progress of your package.
At the Time of Delivery:
Please inspect the package for any visible damage or tampering before accepting it. If the package appears to be open or damaged in any way, please do not accept it and contact us immediately. If you do choose to accept the package, we recommend recording a video while opening the box in case anything is missing or damaged. If this is the case, please notify us as soon as possible so we can address the issue.
